Rates
The high season in Punta del Este covers the whole Summer Holidays, starting a few days before Christmas and finishing at the end of February (including New Year's eve, January, February, Carnival and Easter Week). The room rates are expressed in USD (american dollars) per night of stay, including breakfast and taxes. Non-resident tourists are exonerated of IVA throughout the whole year.

Rates policies

Rates include buffet breakfast, free parking, safety box, wireless Internet, emergency medical coverage. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning system, sommier, cable and satellite TV, mini-bar, DDI/DDN phone, background music, hair-dryer. Services: snack bar, Restaurant, fitness room, videogame room, outdoor heated pool and hot tub with hydromassage, elevator, beach service (towels, sunshades and folding chairs).

Taxes (10%) are applied to uruguayan residents only during high season (from November 15th up to the end of Easter Week). Non-resident tourists are exonerated from taxes throughout the whole year.

Downpayments: New Year’s eve 100%, January and February 30%, Carnival 50%.

  • Check IN: 13:00 hrs.
  • Check OUT: 11:00 hrs.

Cancellation Policy

For New Year's eve and Carnival reservations, you must cancel your reservation at least 30 days before the check in date, or else the advanced payment will not be refunded.

For January and February reservations, you must submit your cancellation at least 15 days before the check in date, or else the advanced payment won’t be refunded.

For low season reservations, you must submit your cancellation at least 24 hours before the check in date, or else a one night stay will be charged as penalty.
